Teaching
you how to save your own life.
This training course will earn
you a certificate for a CCW
permit that is valid in 32
states! Pre-registration
is required, classes fill
quickly.
Training Courses can be either a
private or a group environment,
and are scheduled on an "as
requested" basis. Please
contact us by phone or email for
additional information or to
schedule a course.
This course meets all of
the State of Michigan training
requirements for private
citizens to obtain a CCW permit.
This course typically runs 10
hours, and is designed to be
flexible enough to span over
several days for the convenience
of the student. Training will
be provided in areas such as:
- Firearms
and the law
- Selecting
a handgun for self-defense
- Strategies
for home security
- Responding
to a violent confrontation
- Introduction
to defensive shooting
- Shooting
positions
- Basic
defensive handgun skills
- Shooting
sports and training
opportunities
A course review is provided at
the end of the class day and an
exam is administered. All
students will be provided a
certificate of training upon
successful completion of the
course exam. This course can be
tailored to the needs of larger
or smaller groups.
Miscellaneous information:
- Course fee of $125 includes
books, materials and range fees
- Firearms and ammunition are
not provided
- Firearms and ammunition are
available for rental and
purchase
- Firearms used during the
course may only be calibers .38
through .45
- Revolvers or semi-automatic
pistols are acceptable
- All students will be allowed a
lunch break

Available to anyone 16 years of
age or older, this certification
is valid for the two year period
beginning on the date of course
completion. Course texts are
provided. Post-tests are
required for all courses and all
who successfully complete the
course will receive a course
completion card. All CPR
courses teach the material for
the adult, child and infant
victim.
Initial certification courses
are $40 per person and last
approximately 6 hours.
Recertification courses are $30
per person and last
approximately 4 hours.

First Aid courses are available
to anyone 16 years of age or
older. This certification is
valid for the three year period
beginning on the date of course
completion. Text books are
supplied to all students.

First Aid courses teach the
material for the adult, child
and infant victim. Initial
and recertification courses are

6 hours long.
